Was searching if a H1-B requires a Green Card. Found it may be a pathway to one and then this site:

What is this about and isn't it enough that H1B's take American jobs let alone possibly making that a permanent thing?

This is about permanently replacing American workers. If a H1-B wants to stay, this company will help them.
How about helping the American worker who is likely more qualified, just not the cheapest available? When is this going to stop? Profit needs to be made but greed is a whole other matter.
