I wonder what the rate was among women that wore a bra for enhancement purposes (i.e padding) rather than support.
Women with large breasts use talc to reduce chaffing. Talc is known to cause breast cancer. Women with large breasts also more likely to wear bras. Would be interesting to see that factored in.
I would imagine it depends somewhat on region but most likely, IMO, various forms of plastic for the material, no idea re: dyes but probably petroleum based.
