Working on something here. Noticed a pattern with these sealed proceedings, the majority are filed in districts that have jurisdiction over the respective state capital. That many of these are for bad actors in state governments, as the concentrations are higher in the federal districts that have jurisdiction over the respective state capital. Not in any particular order. State, Capital, Jurisdiction, aggregate # of sealed proceedings.
-
California is an outlier, the entire state is corrupt
-
Florida, Tallahassee, Northern District, 239
-
Iowa, Des Moines, Southern District, 605 (compare with Northern District)
-
Indiana, Indianapolis, Southern District, 1584 (Compare with Northern)
-
Illinois, Springfield, Central District, 456 (Compare w/ Northern & Southern)
-
Ohio, Columbus, Southern District, 1156
Alternatively, this could just be gang shit but the high concentrations in district courts that have jurisdiction over the state's capital is very, very interesting. Currently having problems with images, so see pinned link to spreadsheet of sealed proceedings or see >>2433964
