The fight cannot be fought openly because the enemy is holding the entire population of the heartland hostage. The government is also completely in enemy hands and the absolute majority (>90%) of Germans are brainwashed, intimidated, confused and disarmed.
If the Germans were armed at the present time, the majority would fight against the wrong "opponents".
The liberation must (and will) come from the "outside" - together with a big show for the sheep, so that they believe they have done it themselves.
