I was on a Tarmac of an airfield in Central America.
We were off loading civilian twin props with web gear, boot's and sometime weapons.( for the contra's).
First time I saw the bundles flash from the reflection as some locals threw the bundles into the small plans for the return flight to get this (Arkansas) made not since until 1992.
