Some personal with a live voice and personality.
Some from a cold-caller with no idea what they have been asked to do (for some money i spose)
But generally, all of them 'feel' more like harassment than an actual chance to Win a confidence scam.
THAT, is why i do not think financial scam is the key objective.
More likely, the massive effort put into setting up and maintaining Call Centers (and ESPECIALLY Governments 'turning a blind eye' if not outright PROTECTING [them], is why i put blame directly back upon all the Institutions which Government tells everyone are in place to Protect… yet do NOT.
