A fragile ceasefire in the Middle East is once again under strain after Benjamin Netanyahu ordered intensified military action against Hezbollah in Lebanon, raising fears of a broader escalation that could derail ongoing diplomatic efforts.

The move comes at a particularly sensitive moment. Indirect talks between the United States and Iran are ongoing, with both sides cautiously exploring a possible framework to reduce tensions.

Federal Court Strikes Down Landmark Fluoride Ruling on Technicality — ‘Not the Science’

The decision by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals did not challenge the substance of the lower court’s findings — that fluoride is toxic to children and ought to be regulated. Instead, the court based its decision on procedural issues related to the lower court’s handling of the litigation.

The case will now go back to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, where District Judge Edward Chen will be required to exclude all scientific evidence that became available after 2020.

Michael Connett, attorney for the plaintiffs, told The Defender the court “instructed Judge Chen to travel back in time to 2020 and make this ruling based on a stale factual record.”

Connett said the directive to ignore years’ worth of evidence on fluoride’s dangers runs counter to the intent of the TSCA — which is to protect hundreds of millions of Americans from substances that are harmful to human health.

The federal appeals court ruling, handed down late Thursday, stemmed from a lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) brought by consumer advocacy groups including Food & Water Watch, the Fluoride Action Network (FAN), and Moms Against Fluoridation.

The groups sued after the EPA refused to consider their 2016 citizens’ petition asking the agency to regulate fluoride.

After two bench trials, Chen ruled that fluoride at the federally recommended concentration of 0.7 milligrams/liter (mg/L) posed an “unreasonable risk” to children’s health and ordered the EPA to regulate it accordingly.

However, the 9th Circuit panel said the lower court violated the “party presentation principle” — a legal doctrine requiring courts to act as neutral arbiters rather than taking control of a case’s factual development.

Connett said the decision was “a very expansive and unprecedented application of the party presentation principle.” He said that to date, “this principle has really only been applied to situations where judges raise new legal issues, not where judges use procedural mechanisms to resolve the issues presented.”

Under the TSCA, if the EPA denies a citizen petition, petitioners have the right to sue the agency. The law is unique because it specifies that the court then evaluates whether the chemical in question presents an unreasonable risk to health or the environment in a “de novo” proceeding, during which it evaluates evidence presented by both sides and gives no deference to the agency.

Rather than ruling after the first trial in 2020, Chen put the trial on hold, pending the release of a multiyear government study into fluoride’s neurotoxic effects, so he could base his decision on all available evidence.

Once that study was released — despite government officials’ attempts to suppress it, which were revealed through Freedom of Information Act requests — the second trial continued and Chen issued his ruling in an 80-page decision detailing the evidence supporting his decision.

The appellate court didn’t comment on plaintiffs’ arguments that TSCA allows this type of judicial procedural discretion, nor did it engage the substance of Chen’s findings.

Instead, in an eight-page decision, the 9th Circuit panel affirmed the EPA’s argument that Chen improperly paused the case for more than a year to await that study, which was not yet available during the first trial. The court concluded that the judge effectively reshaped the evidentiary record, exceeding the proper judicial role.

FAN board member Rick North told The Defender the judgment is a disappointment.

“But this ruling only addresses a legal procedural question — not the science,” he said. “The science remains solid as a rock. As the original court decision asserted, fluoridation ‘poses an unreasonable risk of reduced IQ in children.’ The legal landscape has changed. The risk to pregnant women and their kids hasn’t.”

American Pro-China ‘Journalist’ Charged With Covering Up CCP Ties

An American media professional and son of a Texas GOP politician was charged in February with acting as an unregistered Chinese government agent, newly surfaced court records show.

Thomas Pauken II helped put his Chinese handler in contact with an associate seeking a job in the Trump administration and prepared confidential documents for Chinese President Xi Jinping, according to a February Department of Justice (DOJ) affidavit first reported by Politico. Pauken moved to China around 2010 and called himself a “journalist” for Chinese state propaganda outlets before federal agents caught onto his alleged activities, the affidavit says.

Authorities arrested Pauken in Herndon, Virginia, in February and charged him with failing to publicly disclose his pro-China activities under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, documents show. U.S. Magistrate Judge Ivan Davis ordered him detained pending trial in March.

“It’s critical to understand that Mr. Pauken is not charged with spying or mishandling classified information,” Charles Burnham, his attorney, told the Daily Caller News Foundation after publication. “The government’s complaint charges that Mr. Pauken did professional work for a foreign government without first completing certain required paperwork. We look forward to responding to the government’s allegations in court.”

Customs and Border Protection and the FBI interviewed Pauken on his foreign ties in January 2025 when he came from China to Washington Dulles International Airport.

Pauken’s January 2025 trip was partly for the purpose of meeting with an unnamed person looking to work for the new Trump administration after meeting the individual at a 2023 political event in Washington, he allegedly told agents. Pauken was “80 percent sure that [the wannabe federal official] would provide classified information to [China],” despite Pauken’s supposed warnings not to do so, the affidavit claims.

That unnamed contact “was not hired for the exact job he wanted in the administration but currently works for a U.S. government agency,” prosecutors alleged.

“All [of Pauken’s] Chinese associates were obsessed with attaining information on PAUKEN’s father who had worked for the Reagan administration,” the affidavit said Pauken told agents. “PAUKEN used the alias Tom McGregor at his father’s request because his father … did not want to appear associated with PAUKEN’s activities in [China].”

The senior Pauken also chaired the Texas Republican Party in the 1990s and ran unsuccessfully for Texas governor in 2014, Politico reported.

An unreleased poll appears to undermine the White House’s stated rationale for pivoting away from policies that inflame pharmaceutical companies.

The Daily Caller News Foundation obtained a secret poll conducted in October 2025 by President Donald Trump’s longtime pollster Tony Fabrizio finding that 73% of voters expressed concern about childhood vaccine mandates, while a whopping 90% of voters expressed concern about the pharmaceutical industry’s corrupting influence.

The October poll was never released. White House officials in media reports have instead cited a more limited poll Fabrizio conducted a month later concluding the issue is a political loser to justify Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s election-year pivot to food policy. The shift away from vaccines at Kennedy’s health department culminated last week in the termination of the lead author of the Trump administration’s policy on the childhood vaccination schedule.

The secret Fabrizio poll, which has not been previously reported, tells a different story. It shows voters’ top health concern is the drug lobby’s influence on public policy, on medical research and on news coverage, and that nearly seven in ten voters want more research on vaccines’ cumulative effect in infants. The DCNF has obtained the poll but is not publishing it at the request of its source, who does not have permission to release it.

Fabrizio’s firm, Fabrizio Lee, did not respond to requests for comment.

FDA Bloodbath

Since April 30, the three top officials leading drug policies at Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including Commissioner Marty Makary — all prominent critics of the Biden’s administration’s COVID vaccine policies who sought to improve agency standards — have been squeezed out of the administration.

Kennedy and the White House have in recent days remade the FDA after tensions emerged with Makary over flavored vapes and regulating injectable peptides, according to a senior administration official not authorized to speak publicly. Kennedy had sought to mimic older vaccine safety studies using existing FDA databases, while Makary wanted stronger clinical trials from vaccine manufacturers themselves, according to a former administration official who asked for anonymity to speak candidly.

The FDA overhaul also came amid a covert lobbying effort from pharma companies, who turned to allies in the press, on Capitol Hill and in the White House, Endpoints News reported. The White House was eager to dial down the “noise,” according to other press reports.

Former Heritage Action Chief, Rubio Aide Moves To Top White House National Security Role

A former Heritage Action chief and longtime Marco Rubio aide is moving into one of the Trump White House’s top national security posts.

Michael Needham, currently the State Department counselor, will take the post of assistant to the president and deputy national security adviser, Axios reported. The role carries serious weight in an administration handling foreign policy fights involving Iran, China, Cuba and Venezuela.

“Mike has been a key player in delivering President Trump’s overwhelming foreign policy successes,” Rubio said in a statement to Axios. “In his new role as Deputy National Security Advisor, Mike will continue to implement the President’s America First agenda and build upon the historic record of the Trump National Security Council.”

Needham steps into the deputy slot Robert Gabriel left. White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles described Gabriel last week as “a trusted confidant and dear friend to me and his White House colleagues,” Axios reported.

Needham ran Rubio’s Senate office as chief of staff for six years and previously served as chief executive officer of Heritage Action for America, according to his State Department biography. He has held the counselor post since January 2025 and became director of the Secretary’s Policy Planning Staff in September 2025.

His promotion follows last year’s reshaping of the National Security Council. The Trump White House trimmed NSC staff, placed about 20 people on administrative leave, and installed Vice President JD Vance’s national security adviser Andy Baker and Robert Gabriel as deputies, CBS News reported.

Needham keeps strong ties with Vance’s team, Axios reported. “Everyone likes Mike. He gets the policy. He gets the politics,” a senior administration official told the outlet.

Needham took part in Rubio‘s recent effort to convene direct negotiations between Israel and Lebanon, the first in decades, Reuters reported.

Needham’s exit triggers a chain of moves at State, according to Axios. Dan Holler, Rubio’s chief of staff, will succeed Needham as counselor and step in as acting director of policy planning. Matt Rhodes, currently chief of staff to the counselor, will replace Holler.

Is western media guilty of war crimes?

The recent lack of reporting on the Ukrainian strike on a school is worrying, but what is more troubling is just how far Western media will go to distort the facts of the war.

When President Zelensky ordered the attack on a school dormitory which killed at least 14 children who were sleeping at the time, he showed the world that he had reached a new level of desperation in his bid to escalate the war with Russia. This heinous war crime of targeting children showed clearly that he is reaching new levels of depravity to keep the West interested in the war and to keep himself and the war alive in the Western press – but not through the strike itself, rather through the retaliation that follows. The hit on the school was not reported by most Western media outlets, which have been fortuitously practising a partisan strategy in how they cover the war, purposely selecting and omitting reports so as to distort reality and bring a new, unprecedented level of ‘reporting’ that goes much further than merely sloppy partisan journalism in the newsroom – to actually playing a supportive role in the war itself.

At least 21 people have been killed in what President Putin calls a deliberate Ukrainian “terrorist attack” on a school dormitory in Russia’s Luhansk People’s Republic. The attack on the main academic building and dormitory of the Starobelsk Professional College was carried out in three waves, according to RT, with 16 drones launched at the same target by the “neo-Nazi regime in Kiev,” according to Putin.

But what was behind the strike?

Recently Zelensky suggested that Ukraine should have full EU membership, following comments from the German leader. He is also anxious about the morale of his own soldiers and his political popularity in general after what many Russian outlets are reporting as the fall of the key Ukrainian city of Pokrovsk. His thinking of hitting civilians – children – for maximum impact is understandable given his poor performance as a leader, but also as a military strategy, as the role of Western media is critical to his thinking.

When you understand the level of obscene support he receives from Western media outlets, who feel it is their duty to omit reports such as the school dormitory strike because such news might affect his support from Western taxpayers – but then also understand how the same media outlets are distorting the war by reporting on Russia’s strikes (and how they are framed) – then it’s clear that Zelensky’s overall strategy is media-based. He is confident he can always win the media war, even though the real one is lost.

It should come as little surprise that neither the BBC nor CNN is interested in sending any correspondents to the region to pick through the rubble and look for evidence of the accusation from Zelensky that the school was being used as a military base of some sort. They are not interested in the story at all, as it puts the Ukrainian leader in a very poor light as a war crimes tyrant who should serve his remaining days in The Hague.

What they do is quite shocking by contrast.

The BBC chose to cover the story on its website and present it in such a way that it might not even be a strike by Ukraine. “Putin vows retaliation after accusing Ukraine of hitting student dormitory” is a clever headline which draws the reader away from the blood and gore of 14 children being slaughtered while shifting the focus onto Putin. It also ingeniously hints that it might not even be Ukraine that launched the attack, as the BBC emphasises that Putin “accuses” Ukraine for the strike. Amazing.

The role now of the BBC in Ukraine is so much more than merely being a partisan partner. What we are witnessing now is the channel taking its level of support for Zelensky to a new, repugnant, disgusting level of assisting him to carry out war crimes, directing the reader away from facts, in preference for a narrative that helps him murder children and, supposedly, avoid war crime charges at any future time. The BBC is suggesting that the strike didn’t even come from Ukraine and might have been arranged by Putin himself, but cannot take this ludicrous assertion further by suggesting why Putin would need to do such an appalling thing.

We have reached a level now where Western news agencies are actually working as military partners with Ukraine, and it cannot be overlooked that when Zelensky plans such attacks, he does so with great confidence that Western media will frame and package the report they finally make with a bias that redirects blame and responsibility. One could argue that the journalists and editors who do this are actually complicit themselves in war crimes, as those individuals know that their actions are actually promoting and encouraging these kinds of atrocious acts in the first place.

Lebanon: Those who resist Israel are now called internal enemies of the state

As with previous rounds of negotiations, the latest US-brokered talks between Lebanon and Israel, held in Washington earlier this month, signalled the laundering of war through diplomacy.

Their function was to normalise Israeli aggression as the background condition of the political process, converting demands for a ceasefire from the prerequisite for negotiations into just one item up for discussion.

The talks are no longer a means to end Israeli aggression. Rather, they have become the operative framework through which that aggression is being administered and legalised.

This is why the Lebanese government is increasingly being labelled not simply as a weak regime under pressure, but as “the occupation authority in Lebanon” – one that has accepted the US-Israeli myth that Israel is not bombing Lebanon, invading its territory, and killing and displacing its people, but merely targeting Hezbollah and its military infrastructure.

The structure of the process itself makes this clear. The State Department announced on 15 May that the “cessation of hostilities” – which supposedly began on 16 April, even as Israel has continued its bombardment of Lebanon – would be extended for 45 days. Immediately following this announcement, Israeli strikes killed at least three dozen people and wounded more than 200 others.

At the same time, Washington separated the process of Israel-Lebanon negotiations into a political track, scheduled to resume on 2 June, and a security track, set to begin at the Pentagon on 29 May with military delegations from both countries.

Media reports suggest that the formula now being advanced subordinates any actual ceasefire to two linked requirements: a gradual Israeli withdrawal, which could take up to two years, and a comprehensive Lebanese-Israeli-American enforcement mechanism to disarm Hezbollah.

It also reportedly provides for the creation of a new Lebanese army brigade funded, equipped and trained by the US, with Washington participating in the selection of its officers and personnel; in other words, an externally vetted coercive force inside the Lebanese state, tasked with implementing the military component of disarmament, with such a mandate presumably also authorising raids on people’s homes.

Given their literally unbelievable history of gratuitous persecution, and their claims that horrific anti-Jewish acts are happening with increasing frequency around the world and in the United States, I expected to be stunned and horrified by the Anti-Defamation League’s list of 6,274 antisemitic incidents of 2025. But when I finally summoned up the courage to examine their terrifying list of outrages, I was indeed shocked—not by the horror of thousands of disgusting and depraved crimes against poor innocent Jews, but by the mind-bending banality of the vast majority of alleged “antisemitic incidents.”

What’s more, it seems that the few genuinely serious “incidents” were not even antisemitic. For example, on New Year’s Day of 2025, 17 out of the 18 reported “antisemitic incidents” were nothingburgers—but one was truly horrific: An mentally unstable Black American veteran drove his pickup truck onto a crowded sidewalk in New Orleans, fired shots, and wound up killing fourteen people before being shot dead by police.

But there is no evidence that anti-Jewish prejudice played any role in the crime. The perpetrator never seems to have said anything about Jews. None of the victims were Jewish, but instead were Blacks, Whites, British, Muslim, or Hispanic. The killer “discussed the Islamic State (IS), his divorce and a desire to kill his family in videos he recorded while driving from Texas to New Orleans.” (Note that “Islamic State ” is a false flag group of Israeli-American mercenaries posing as radical Muslims, which together with Al-Qaeda currently rules Syria after overthrowing that country’s legitimate government on behalf of Israel and the United States.)

The non-antisemitic truck attack is an anomaly. Almost all the “antisemitic incidents” on the ADL list are trifling, and hundreds if not thousands involve peaceful protests and political organizing.

One of the first “antisemitic incidents” of 2025 happened in America’s unofficial Jewish capital, Manhattan, New York City: “At an anti-Israel rally organized by groups including PAL-Awda, the Palestinian Youth Movement, the Party for Socialism and Liberation and Jewish Voice for Peace, protesters displayed signs with messages that included: ‘Smash Zionism and Imperialism Through Workers Revolution!’ and ‘Zionism is Cancer.’” Ouch! Though not exactly six million dead in gas chambers, protests against Zionism can undoubtedly hurt Jewish feelings. That must be why the ADL categorized this one as “Antisemitic Incident: Harassment.”

Jew-hatred at anti-genocide protests is apparently becoming a real problem. The ADL tells us that the very next day, “At an anti-Israel rally organized by South Jersey for Gaza, a protester held a sign that read: ‘No to Zionist Racism.’” So opposing racism is antisemitic! The next day: “At an anti-Israel rally…protesters chanted, ‘Long Live the Intifada.’” On January 9th, “Protesters associated with MLA Members for Justice in Palestine disrupted a conference, chanting, ‘From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,’ a slogan commonly used to call for an end to the Jewish state.”

Shockingly unshocking “antisemitic incidents” were perpetrated by right-wingers as well as leftists. On January 2, 2025, the ADL tells us, a terrible antisemitic incident occurred in Greensboro, North Carolina: “Approximately eight individuals associated with Patriot Front, a white supremacist group, held a meetup and training event.”

In total, we have spent somewhere in the neighborhood of ten trillion dollars on Israel. The vast majority of that sum, roughly eight trillion dollars, has gone for wars against Israel’s enemies, including Trump’s disastrous war on Iran. If people who protest these outrages are “antisemitic,” it is deeply disappointing that there is so little “antisemitism.”

Netanyahu’s cross-examination ends early again for ‘security reasons’

Judges agree to end hearing in Case 2000 two hours early after PM’s team cites diplomatic affairs requiring his attention

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s hearing in his corruption trial ended early once again Monday due to “diplomatic and security reasons,” the latest in a series of similar interruptions that have hampered proceedings.

The hearing, coming as the trial passed the six-year mark, ended at 1:45 p.m. instead of 4 p.m. as scheduled.

Netanyahu’s defense team approached judges with the request at the opening of the court session.

Netanyahu’s testimony, which began on December 10, 2024, has been beset by numerous delays, with the premier frequently asking for hearings to be canceled or cut short. It is set to conclude in the next two weeks, with prosecutor Yonatan Tadmor telling the judges that four to five full days of testimony will suffice.

Israel is in the midst of shaky ceasefires that paused a conflict in Iran and reduced fighting in Lebanon. Another long-running ceasefire is in effect in Gaza.

That paper, bankrolled by now-deceased American billionaire Sheldon Adelson and previously considered very pro-Netanyahu, is handed out for free and has seriously hurt Yedioth’s circulation figures over the years. The alleged Netanyahu-Mozes agreement was never implemented.

During the proceedings, prosecutor Tadmor repeatedly put it to Netanyahu that he was coordinating with Mozes to pass the bill that would have weakened Israel Hayom. Netanyahu, for his part, maintained that there was no such arrangement and that he opposed the legislation.

Methodology

"Defensive gun use" (DGU) has no single definition. Some researchers define DGU according to the shooter's assessment of the situation. Others only apply it to shootings performed during the commission of violent crime.

This report covers a variety of sources and methodologies. DGUs were combined into two categories based on methodology.

Sources were categorized by definitions and defensive use factors as follows:

Broad DGU – Surveys based on self-reports of brandishing a firearm, verbally warning an attacker, stopping a confrontation, or defensive display with no shots fired. These incidents may not be reported to the police, as there are no accompanying injuries or property damage.

Narrow Crime-Based DGU – Officially reported incidents, in which a defender threatened an offender with the use of a firearm during a documented crime (e.g. robbery, assault, burglary with confrontation).

Federal databases, such as the FBI Crime Data Explorer and CDC WONDER, were referenced to analyze crime and firearm-related deaths. The National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) was referenced to analyze defensive use cases based on reported crimes.

Per capita rates are calculated using U.S. population estimates ranging from 319 to 339 million.

How Often Are Guns Used in Self-Defense?

DGU estimates vary depending on source and methodology. Studies and surveys between 1990 and 2023 consistently suggest there are between 60,000 and 2.5 million DGUs annually (18-750 uses per 100,000 people).7

A survey-based study published in JAMA Network Open in March, 2025 estimated 489,000 annual DGUs in which a firearm was discharged. These incidents included a defender firing at and/or in the vicinity of a perceived threat.1

Self-reported survey data suggest that an average of 750 people per 100,000 deter or stop a criminal with a firearm annually.16

Crime-based reporting studies suggest that between 18 to 30 people per 100,000 stop a threat and report it to the police annually. These data do not include all DGUs because they are based on reported crimes, and a DGU indicates that a crime was thwarted.3

Polls and self-reporting surveys over the past thirty years range from 1.4 million to 4.3 million DGUs annually. These polls and surveys include respondents' grabbing a firearm due to a perceived threat. These sources include incidents of brandishing, displaying, verbally warning with a gun in hand, or firing a weapon at a potential threat.18

The Gun Violence Archive (GVA) reported 18,414 DGUs (1,534.5 on average per year) between 2014 and 2025. This database uses more than 7,000 publications to identify incidents in which a shot was fired defensively and reported to the police and news outlets.6, 15

Seeking Pardon, Foreign Billionaire Allegedly Funneled Millions to Trump Super PAC

Voters have a right to know who is spending money to influence their vote and their government. Federal campaign finance laws protect this right by requiring federal candidates and committees — including super PACs — to disclose their contributors and prohibiting contributions made through a pass-through or “straw donor.”

A straw donation involves a donor directing funds through another person or entity, which then contributes those funds to a political committee in its own name while concealing the identity of the true source of the donation.

Julio Herrera Velutini, a Venezuelan billionaire who faced criminal bribery charges, received an incredibly lenient plea deal from federal prosecutors, and then was subsequently pardoned by President Donald Trump in January 2026 — after his daughter contributed $3.5 million to MAGA Inc., a Trump-supporting super PAC.

The timing and circumstances of these contributions, as part of an apparently corrupt — yet increasingly common — transaction to purchase Herrera Velutini’s exemption from criminal accountability, strongly suggest that his daughter was not the true source of the money contributed to MAGA Inc.

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) alleging that Herrera Velutini’s daughter, Isabela Herrera, acted as a straw donor on behalf of her father when she contributed $3.5 million to the MAGA Inc. super PAC between December 2024 and July 2025.

The FEC must investigate whether Herrera was the true source of these funds; and if she was not, it must hold her — and the true contributor — accountable for participating in a straw donor scheme.

A Straw Donor Scheme to Corruptly Purchase Presidential Clemency

According to public records, Herrera is a 25-year-old, self-employed financial consultant whose only prior recorded political contribution was a $20 donation to Pete Buttigieg, a 2020 Democratic presidential candidate. While Herrera appears to lack the financial means and demonstrated interest in financially influencing electoral politics to make a multimillion-dollar super PAC contribution, her father has the means to offer this contribution.

He also has a clear incentive: securing a presidential pardon. Moreover, as a foreign national, Herrera Velutini is legally prohibited from making political contributions, creating the further incentive to funnel any donation he would have sought to make through his U.S. citizen daughter.

In 2022, Herrera Velutini was criminally charged with providing $300,000 to a super PAC supporting the reelection campaign of Puerto Rico’s then-governor, Wanda Vázquez Garced, in exchange for the governor pledging to remove a top banking regulator scrutinizing one of Herrera Velutini’s banks — a classic case of quid pro quo corruption for which the penalties could be severe.

But after Donald Trump won the 2024 election, his super PAC, MAGA Inc., reported receiving seven-figure sums of money from Herrera Velutini’s daughter: $2.5 million in December 2024, then another $1 million in July 2025.

In a remarkable turnaround, federal prosecutors allowed Herrera Velutini to plead guilty in mid-2025 to a single misdemeanor, as part of a plea deal that the presiding judge called “a slap on the wrist.” He was then pardoned by President Trump a few months later.

Justice Department Sues University of California for Antisemitic Hostile Educational Environment in the Wake of 2023 Hamas Attacks

After the Hamas attacks on October 7, 2023, antisemitic hatred against UCLA’s Jewish and Israeli students reached a point where students were physically assaulted, injured, excluded from campus, and deprived of educational opportunities because of their perceived Jewish or Israeli heritage. As alleged in the United States’ complaint, UCLA violated Title VI through its deliberate indifference to this pervasive on-campus antisemitism.

UCLA also breached its funding contracts and grants with the United States by certifying the school’s compliance with its Title VI duties to protect all students from unlawful discrimination while allowing discrimination against Jewish and Israeli students to infect its campus.

UCLA’s tolerance of antisemitism reached a flash point in April 2024 when masked demonstrators erected an encampment outside of Royce Hall and slapped, kicked, beat with sticks, doused with pepper spray, and knocked unconscious Jewish and Israeli students. During this time, occupiers formed “human phalanxes” to block Jewish and Israeli students from entering academic buildings.

In other cases, it will take weaning: spending less and less time with indoctrinated friends and family members, firing your family doctor - and any doctor who pushes drugs on you or your children, boycotting any business that features interracial couples in its ads (banks and financial institutions love doing this), switching to a gym that doesn't allow mentally ill men in women's locker rooms.

As an American, as a Patriot, as a man, you must follow through on this, even when it is inconvenient for you to do so. Even when it requires sacrifice on your part. That's the tricky part.
