We need to hit the mark of 1k combined mechanized units deployed within 1 hour, going forward due to threats of ballistic, hypersonic, and drone capabilities. Part of the first wave should include Patriot, THAAD, and anti-drone deployments that are 100% available as they hit the shores without the overhead of setup.
