We are seeking five Acting Deputy Assistant Attorneys General on a 120-day detail.
This position serves as a senior executive responsible for the national oversight, strategic direction, and policy determination of the Department’s enforcement programs and is responsible for coordinating, integrating, and modernizing strategy across the litigation and enforcement portfolios of the Fraud Division, including in areas such as health care, public benefits programs, tax, government procurement, financial fraud, and other complex crimes.
