PHASES OF MEDIA SHILLING
THIS IS THEIR PLAYBOOK
1)Generalized Criticism. Deride outspoken people for being crazy; call them racists, bigots, misogynists, homophobes etc.
2)Barnacling. Phonies barnacle themselves to the movement, begin concern trolling and lecturing. These are people the media can latch on to and quote.
3)Hoaxes and False Flags. Self explainatory
4)Damsel in Distress. A tactic often seen the past 5 years. A female is granted victim status over a fishy event in order to deflect from important issues raised. People are shamed into silence.
5)Desperate Pleas for Community Management. Shills and white knights call for 'leaders' to silence people and maintain control of individuals and narratives in response to the Damsel in Distress event. Media publishes multiple articles with the same talking points and buzzwords such as “toxic” in an effort to mischaracterize the outspoken ones. Major news outlets report on the story, and quote these “think” pieces as authoritative.
6)Answering the Call. Celebrities answer the media’s call, and make public statements admonishing critical people, typically over false accusations.
7) The Big Pushback – Media entities, and rank and file shills/useful idiots/SJWs tell long time autists to go find something else if they don’t like it(the new shilling) anymore, in a last ditch effort to push outspoken ones out of the “community” once and for all.
8) Movement Bleeds – The movement continues to get more bizarre and annoying, as long time autists continue to abandon their research in droves.
9) Movement Obliteration – The movement is utterly destroyed, leaving behind only the small handful of shills/SJWs who don’t bother researching anything but only make lame memes.
10) THE END – The new incarnation of the movement comes to an end. Since the majority of the autists have abandoned it, there’s no more controversy or discussion about it. It’s over. The best case scenario is that the original movement is largely forgotten with the exception of a few mega-autists who still carry the torch. The worst case scenario is that the new incarnation of the movement overwrites the original one, and the original movement is forgotten altogether and overshadowed by the new shilled incarnation in all future media mentions.
11) Migration – The remaining shills jump ship to devour any new truth movement that becomes popular, and is undergoing a transitional phase.
12) Rebirth – The process begins anew.
