A county cannot make laws, that is up to the State's legislature and we already had an EO that negated all town ordinances, mandates, and laws as unconstitutional. These people violate that EO, and they know, they can keep collecting fees, until they are force to stop, and that those fees or property, will never have to be paid back. This should be a no brainer, as we have EO's and laws, already on the books, and justice should be applied immediately. Many people who use e-bikes, do so, because they cannot afford to drive a car not only for the cost of a vehicle, but the maintenance, insurance, and DMW tags, which costs drivers about $5k to $12k annually, depending on mileage. You see this uptick because there are not many high paying jobs now a days, most is outsourced, going to H1bs, or sent overseas; and this is a fact. Do not let them get away with this, asap.
