DON't wear nail polish while working with DMSO. It will desolve it into your body and it's toxic. Wash you skin before using. It will desolve anything on your skin into your body, including your cute polyester bathrobe. It is a solvent. Personally, I use 20% DMSO and distilled water as a sinus wash, and also for my eyes in an eye cup.
