Guy who was let out of jail in Newark just said on a stream that most of the approximately sixty people that were arrested last night at Delaney Hall were charged with inciting a riot, resisting arrest, failure to disperse, and violating curfew.

Delaney Hall protesters were just forced by police to leave the area and marched down the street, finally being allowed to assemble in front of the Sewerage Commission facility.

"It smells terrible over here."
