probably it's your own system that is compromised. They hacked into your TCPIP stack and find all advertisements and replace them. It's probably a virus YOU have and it probably NOT on Jim's server.
Ok, I turned off the ad blocker and then refreshed and it was some chunky porn chinese girl with a too tight shirt like she was in one of those 'pay me to take my clothes off' type websites waiting for some donations to show us how overweight she is. Rather nasty, really, and sad for her being a slave to it like that.
