Several photos from August 2013 show Carney socializing with Ghislaine Maxwell at an event called the Wilderness Festival.

Carney had just moved to Britain to take up a new position as governor of the Bank of England after serving five years in the same role with the Bank of Canada.

ROSY (with Lady Tania Rotherwick as patron) was founded with just 2 nurses

BBC Oxford has been focusing on the work of the Oxfordshire charity ROSY.

They are a unique team who provide much needed help for very sick children and their families.

For seven years they have strived to provide respite nursing for terminally, acutely or chronically ill children in their own homes.

ROSY was established to increase awareness and to raise the funds to augment the services of Oxfordshire's Children's Respite Nursing Team.

Caring for extremely ill children is a round the clock responsibility and puts an enormous strain on families who still need to be able to work, care for other siblings and get enough sleep to be able to cope with the next day's challenges.

The pressures and demands of providing constant care can make life very fraught for the parents, who desperately want to make life as comfortable as possible for their children.

When it was founded ROSY had just two part-time nurses. They now have nine: two full-time and seven part-time. This means that now more families than ever before can have their children nursed at home, where they can be with their own toys, pets and siblings, and feel more comfortable in their own environment.

It costs around ยฃ230,000 per year to pay for the nurses and the equipment and they need to raise this figure every year. Nearly 30 children are currently cared for in some capacity by ROSY, and their experience now means that other parts of the country are looking to Oxfordshire to try and set up their own charities to help families.
