Attorneys file rape lawsuit against Boys and Girls Club of America

ONTARIO, Ore. — Oregon attorneys have filed a lawsuit on behalf of a disabled girl who was allegedly raped at the Boy and Girls Club of the Western Treasure Valley in Ontario, Oregon, in 2011.

The victim, who is a minor and whose name has not been released, was 7 years old at the time of the alleged rape, according to a Crew Janci LLP press release. Crew Janci LLP is representing the alleged victim.

She is now 13 years old and has physical and mental disabilities.
