I can assure you that the #1 reason of those deaths are from one tight cuff and one loose one, which causes heart attacks. They know this and use it as a tactic, because they have a profile on everyone. This was designed by the cabal, because enough false positives and they can set you up for death by cop. This is why they swat people.

Sorry to disappoint you, but it is a fact, or at least one time, when I lived in that neighborhood, it was a fact. I have had that done on me, so I know first hand, when I begged for one cuff to be untightened, all I got was a smirk from the cop. Remember, I was arrested for warning about the riots, fake pandemic, and toxic vaccine genocide plan, yet I never threatened anyone, had no drugs, nor weapons, showed Wall street paychecks, and proof of serving on 911. Cops are just people, and people can be cabal and non cabal; another fact.
