From what I can gather, there is some muttering among the scientific community about the accuracy of current GPS, having something to do with satellite movement. What I know about this kind of science is less than zero, so if a science/tech anon would like to pick up this ball and run with it, that'd be great.
Anybody know exactly what "Category III" refers to as far as aircraft? Does it refer to size?
