just post this one to speed things along
anon spent some time a few days ago to try and figure out what is causing the image spam filter
the best anon could do was to see that, believe it or not, small innocuous parts of the rejected image could cause it to fail
things like a non offensive badge on the chest of a character. Or the cigar on many SPs triggers the filter.
You have to experiment by blocking portions of the image until it passes
