If voting doesn’t matter because tptb select representatives for the people through their ‘DOMINION’ of elections, then the contract is broken.

Enforcers of law (the county sheriff) are selected, and not legitimate. Their selected deputies aren’t. And an awake population is rightly ungovernable by the state.
Same holds true at the federal level.
