what does that even mean?
people are only 'white' within a particular kind of narrative. it's meaningful within that narrative.
but the narrative you use: the divide and conquer one, is bogus. What 'white people' means in that context is that it's someone who is manipulative and controlling and wants to start fights so that they can get their jollies from other people in conflict.
