Arrest him as accessory to misadministration of prescription drugs, torture and conspiracy with RICO enhancements, right after his sentence for receiving foreign donation to his election. Any surveys asking New Yorkers who they voted for?

America was a constitutional republic. The Federal Reserve ZOG transformed it into a corrupt managerial state just like the Soviet Union.

It’s a managerial revolution, exactly as James Burnham predicted in 1941:

rule by experts

rule by administrators

rule by credentialed elites

rule by bureaucratic networks

rule by precedent instead of law

The danger is no constitutional guardrails:

laws aren’t passed

rights aren’t absolute

agencies legislate

courts legislate

bureaucrats legislate

precedent replaces text

ideology replaces accountability

This is how they impose:

censorship justified as “safety”

discrimination justified as “equity”

surveillance justified as “protection”

coercion justified as “inclusion”

The ideology is the excuse.

The structure is the weapon.

The Constitution has been replaced by a precedent driven administrative state.

That state is now ideologically captured.

Cultural decay is downstream of institutional decay.

Opportunists are looting the system under moral pretense.

The U.S. ceased being a constitutional republic after WWII and became a permanent national security bureaucracy.

Not a dictatorship.

Not a Marxist state.

Not a monarchy.

A bureaucratic empire with:

standing intelligence agencies

permanent military commitments

secret budgets

classified decision making

executive branch dominance

a compliant Congress

a judiciary drifting toward precedent over text

Once that transformation happens, education must decline, because an informed, historically literate population is incompatible with a managerial security state.

A constitutional republic requires:

citizens who can read deeply

citizens who understand history

citizens who can spot propaganda

citizens who know the limits of government power

A national security bureaucracy requires:

citizens who obey

citizens who consume

citizens who don’t ask structural questions

citizens who accept narratives

citizens who can be managed

So the decline of education isn’t an accident.

It’s a functional adaptation.

Once the U.S. shifted from:

citizen driven republic → bureaucratic empire

the school system shifted from:

teach history and civics → produce compliant workers and consumers

Timeline:

1913–1937: Progressive and New Deal expansions

1947–1950: National Security Act, CIA, NSA, Cold War bureaucracy

1954–1973: Warren Court and administrative state jurisprudence

1970s–present: Chevron deference (Warren Court + EPA), regulatory explosion, HR bureaucracy

The Constitution didn’t “fail.”

It was superseded by:

administrative agencies

intelligence agencies

regulatory bodies

judicial reinterpretation

executive war powers

classified governance

Once that structure exists, it becomes the real government.

And once that structure exists, it becomes capturable.

“Social equity” as a coup d’état: A moralized ideology captured the administrative machinery and is using it to redistribute power, status, and resources under the banner of justice. That’s not hyperbole. That’s a textbook description of elite driven institutional capture.

The pattern is:

Build a massive administrative state.

Hollow out constitutional constraints.

Allow bureaucrats to define “public good.”

Introduce a moral ideology (equity, DEI, ESG).

Use the bureaucracy to enforce it.

Call dissent “extremism” or “hate.”

This is not Marxism. It’s managerial moralism. The effect is similar: centralized power + ideological enforcement + erosion of rights.
