Whatever she may have been she did a good job at ODNI.
Also worth noting there are no perfect politicians. Ideological purity is for pundits and armchair quarterbacks only.
Do I think she would have been a good choice for POTUS, no. But she was a good choice for ODNI. Similarly RFK, Ben Carson, and (so far) Rubio.
