>Q Team and SS:
And remember, leg swelling is a sign of toxic sabotage. Dead grass is another. Oily residue on left on sidewalks is another indication. Watch also for water droplets on pine bushes that tend to ball up and over reflect the spectrum from the oils. When the wind blows and that stuff evaporates, it can get on clothing and work it's way into the derma and keep going to the bone, even small increments can have long term affects. Symptoms can be within minutes, like extreme sneezing, follow by slight headaches, and slight nausea or a substrate feeling. As the toxins are circulated by the body over a few days, they can cause arm pain and leg swelling. Consider why I was angry during UFC 250, because we fought a bout that took a few days, and could not get the swelling down for days due to the recent attack, coupled with a previous saturation level. We thought it was over, and then comes Reflections. Stay vigilant!!!
