Kek. Juneteenth started as a Texas thing. The Emancipation Proclamation was signed Jan 1, 1863. Texas was the last state to enact it two and a half years later on June 19, 1865. Texas got a couple extra years of work out of the niggers. Slavery was the only time niggers contributed anything to America. And even that little bit required whips and chains.
