Roberta Kaplan, the dirty attorney representing E. Jean Carroll in her wild and unproven allegations that she was raped by Donald Trump in a high-end department store’s dressing room decades ago. She had no proof; her story did not play out, she had an infatuation with Donald Trump for years, and she could not even point to a time or date that this alleged act took place.

Carroll later admitted she worked with New York Democrats to change the laws temporarily so she could sue Donald Trump for something she said happened decades ago, but could not say when. What a crock!

Of course, the liberal courts sided with her, and the judge was also a vehement Trump hater who did not allow a fair trial.

To make things worse, Judge Kaplan and Robert Kaplan previously worked together at the same law firm. Judge Kaplan was reportedly Roberta’s mentor.

Recently, it was discovered that Roberta Kaplan and her client lied to the jury about far left outside funding for her lawsuit against Donald Trump. The Department of Justice launched a criminal investigation into her funding by an Epstein-linked billionaire and her lies during a deposition.

A federal appeals court on Thursday blocked the Trump Administration from firing 19 intelligence officers assigned to DEI jobs.

The Virginia-based Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a district court judge’s injunction requiring the intelligence agencies to provide the officials with an opportunity to be reassigned.

A group of anonymous intelligence officers, who had been temporarily reassigned to roles implementing controversial Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) programs, previously filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the CIA.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, names ODNI, the CIA, and leadership — Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe—as defendants.

The plaintiffs, identified as “John Does 1-6” and “Jane Does 1-5,” claim they were unfairly targeted simply for their prior assignments to DEIA programs.

US Circuit Judge Nicole Berner, a Biden appointee, wrote the majority opinion.

Judge Berner said the CIA officials who were fired were deprived of due process.

Now, it may be pulling a page from its old, pre-Lehman playbook by calling the top in yet another commercial real estate segment: data centers.

Two days ago we reported that Blackstone was selling its stakes in a trio of data centers across Northern Virginia for $3.5 billion, cashing out of part of a bet it made less than three years ago. According to Bloomberg, Digital Realty Trust would pay $1.2 billion of cash and offer $2.3 billion of its shares (which the PE giant has largely cashed in by now) to Blackstone funds; in exchange, the data center company will acquire Blackstone’s 80% interest in two 96-megawatt data centers in Manassas, Virginia, and a 50% interest in a 96-megawatt center in nearby Sterling.

Interpol Fingers Snake-Tattooed Ukrainian Woman In Monaco Oligarch Bombing

Update 2: Interpol has identified 39-year-old Ukrainian woman Anastasiia Berezovska as the suspect in the Monaco bombing which targeted a Ukrainian tycoon.

In a Red Notice posted on its website, the police organization released two photos of the suspect on Friday - noting that she has a tattoo - which appears to be of a snake, on her right arm which extends from shoulder to elbow. The notice also says she has dark hair and speaks German.

The suspect was seen running away from Monaco on Monday while wearing a bucket hat, after 58-year-old oligarch Vadim Ermolaev, his mistress, Anna Nasobina, 46, and their young son were injured in the blast.

Monaco's Prosecutor General, Stéphane Thibault, confirmed the suspect is living in Germany, while a senior investigating source told the Daily Mail that the woman had "attempted to look like a man" during the attack, but a witness was able to identify her.

Update: Earlier yesterday, Monaco authorities stated that a person was taken into custody - then released - in the probe of the blast that reportedly hurt Ukrainian tycoon.

France’s record-breaking heat last week has been linked to about 1,000 deaths, most involving elderly people.

According to World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Europe has recorded more than 1,300 excess heat-related deaths since June 21.

Despite experiencing fewer hot days than many other regions, it also records the highest number of heat-related deaths per capita.

A 2007 study found that air conditioning can reduce heat-related deaths by 75%. Even so, only about 20% of European homes have air conditioning, compared with roughly 90% of homes in the United States.

Rather than expanding air conditioning, many European officials have focused on alternative strategies, including public cooling stations and other measures designed to reduce heat in densely populated historic cities. Continue…

Minority rights and gender equality stopped being fights and became defaults.

Ontario, the most populous province, ran one of the cleanest grids on the continent for half a century on the back of CANDU, a reactor we designed ourselves. Peaceful, homegrown, zero-carbon, clean energy, and nobody lost any sleep over it. In fact, most people probably weren’t even aware of that.

By every classical liberal measure that actually mattered, Canada was a success story that inspired the rest of the world.

I want to be precise about the word “liberal”. The small-l, “classic” version meant open markets, open minds, equal treatment, and a state clueful enough to stay out of the way. That Canada earned its stature honestly.

Then, in 2015, the big-L Liberals took over the small-l idea. They have spent a decade undertaking what looks like something between a “controlled demolition” and act of subversion. Continue…

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) and Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) have co-developed a 3D-printed composite repair method designed to reduce F/A-18 Super Hornet maintenance times by approximately 50 percent.

When an F/A-18 fighter jet gets damaged at a remote base, fixing its advanced composite parts typically takes weeks. The Navy had to wait for specialized technicians to arrive or ship massive parts across the globe to repair depots in the US, keeping combat jets grounded.

Also, the Navy faces a drop in critical combat readiness as it struggles to keep up with fighter jet repairs.

The new method could solve this challenge. The engineers have designed a high-performance, 3D-printed composite patches that can be manufactured and applied directly onto grounded aircraft. Rather than waiting weeks for a shipping container, sailors at forward bases can soon hit print.

"Our goal is to put capability directly into the hands of the Fleet," said NAWCAD Commander Rear Adm. Todd Evans. "By simplifying a complex repair so it can be done forward, our engineers would get aircraft back in the fight faster - it's a smart solution that makes our squadrons more self-sufficient and directly improves operational readiness."

A routine traffic stop in Edmonton has led to the arrest of a man police allege is connected to a violent organized crime network linked to extortion, shootings and an alleged murder conspiracy targeting South Asian business owners across Canada.

The Edmonton Police Service announced that Safaldeep Singh, 22, was arrested following an investigation that uncovered alleged ties to the “For Brothers” gang, an organized criminal network connected to extortion-related violence in the Greater Toronto Area and elsewhere in Canada and the United States.

The investigation began on May 4, 2026, when Edmonton police officers stopped a Dodge Charger following reports of dangerous driving. During a search of the vehicle, officers allegedly seized controlled substances and a loaded firearm.

Three men — Safaldeep Singh, 22, Sandeep Singh, 28, and Divianshu Divianshu, 22 — were arrested and charged with multiple drug trafficking and firearms offences.

Police said search warrants executed at Singh’s Edmonton residence on May 28 and June 23 uncovered evidence consistent with vehicle re-vinning operations, in which stolen vehicles are allegedly assigned fraudulent identification numbers. Investigators believe the operation was connected to extortion-related criminal activity.

On June 23, Singh was arrested and charged in Edmonton with trafficking in property obtained by crime, possession of stolen property and unauthorized possession of a firearm.

Investigators also discovered Singh was wanted on Canada-wide warrants issued in Ontario for extortion and conspiracy to commit murder.

According to Peel Regional Police, the Ontario charges stem from an ongoing investigation by its Extortion Task Force into the For Brothers criminal organization. Continue…

The Burnaby RCMP Gang Enforcement Team began the investigation a year ago after a traffic stop led to the seizure of four kilograms of precursor chemicals typically used to make fentanyl, according to a July 2 press release.

An investigation into the driver led police to identify three more suspects and “several crime scenes,” according to the release.

Multiple police units, including the heavily armed Emergency Response Team and the Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement and Response unit, carried out search warrants on April 1 at five locations in Richmond, including three homes and two shipping containers.

Police seized 6,765 kilograms of precursor chemicals and “finished product,” including methamphetamine, fentanyl and oxycodone, police said. The searches also uncovered roughly $30,000 in cash, six firearms, “large quantities” of ammunition, 2,900 contraband cigarettes, and two vehicles.

Alberta had originally pushed for Ottawa to remove a tanker ban off the northern coast of B.C. brought in by the Trudeau government to enable shipment from that region, a move opposed by B.C. Premier David Eby. Earlier in the day, Carney announced that the tanker ban will remain in place.

The proposed pipeline route would largely follow the existing Trans Mountain pipeline route, which runs from the Edmonton area to Burnaby, B.C.
