Canadians are calling out one of Canada’s largest police forces, the Toronto Police Service, for promoting a “happy” time at a “pride” parade yet ignoring the fact that men paraded around nude at the event.

“Happy PRIDE!!! It’s a beautiful day for a parade — so be safe and have fun at this incredible event!” wrote the Toronto Police in an X post on June 28, the same day as the city’s annual “pride” parade.

One commentator shared the post from Toronto Police, blasting it, saying, “They are, intentionally, presenting illegal public nudity as normal” at what was billed as a “family-friendly” event.

“Useful idiots,” wrote Matt Alexander.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney attended the radical event.

At the “pride” parade, people were heard chanting, “we’re coming for your children!”

The same parade at times featured fully naked men parading around, all while police watched on and did nothing to enforce nudity laws.

Many took to social media to blast the fact that nude men were seen at the event and that police allowed it.

“Why are they directly targeting children and challenging parents?” an X user asked when a video showed people with a banner stating, “Send your parents to us.” Continue…

There are many rules in Canadian politics. One of them is this: You must never, ever tell the truth about “pride” festivals.

You can, as federal Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre did, politely decline attendance. Even that, as I noted last week, sent LGBT activists into conniptions. But you cannot point out that these LGBT events are marked by public adult nudity, men in sexual fetish gear, and other scenes of deliberate debauchery — all with children in attendance.

Thus, when MP Jamil Jivani did so recently, it took actual courage. On June 29, I posted a photo of Prime Minister Mark Carney at Toronto “pride” with a nearly nude man wearing a leather puppy outfit. Jamil Jivani reposted it with his own comment: “We should never accept a political culture in which politicians have to answer questions about NOT attending events like this. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith and Ontario Premier Doug Ford have announced the route for a proposed 3,300-kilometre pipeline to transport oil from Western Canada to refineries in southern Ontario.

The west‑to‑east crude oil pipeline project, dubbed the “Northern Shield Energy Corridor,” would extend from the town of Hardisty in east-central Alberta through Regina and Winnipeg and on to Sarnia, Ont., Ford said at a July 6 press conference with Premier Danielle Smith.

The premiers made the announcement in Alberta, where they were attending the Calgary Stampede.

The pipeline project stems from an agreement Ford and Smith made at last year’s Stampede to explore an energy corridor linking the two provinces. Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan signed a memorandum of understanding weeks later.

The project was designed to capitalize on the oil-refining capacity in Sarnia, a city in southwestern Ontario near the Michigan border, Ford told reporters.

The proposed pipeline, the focus of a feasibility study, would carry approximately 500,000 barrels of oil daily and could expand to 800,000 barrels per day. Ford told reporters Ontario uses roughly 400,000 barrels a day, so anything beyond that would give the province “reserves for a rainy day.” Continue…
