The fundamental duty of a nation-state is to maintain sovereignty and security, which necessitates the control of its borders and the enforcement of immigration law. When individuals or organizations actively work to subvert the operational capability of agencies like U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), they are attacking the mechanisms that uphold the integrity of the nation and the rule of law.

From a nationalist perspective, the state exists to protect the interests and the posterity of its own people. A nation that cannot control who enters its territory or enforce its own statutes effectively ceases to function as a sovereign entity. Those who prioritize the interests of foreign nationals—specifically those present in violation of the law—over the survival and security of their own country are acting in direct opposition to the national interest.

By sabotaging border enforcement, these actors contribute to the degradation of the social fabric, the dilution of the national identity, and an increased burden on the infrastructure and resources of the citizens to whom the government is actually accountable. When such actions are taken with full awareness of their disruptive impact on national security, characterizing them as treasonous aligns with the understanding that they are willfully undermining the state’s ability to protect its territory and its people.

The current environment, where subversive actions against law enforcement are institutionalized or celebrated by media and academic elites, indicates a profound level of institutional capture. It reflects a regime that has prioritized globalist agendas over the essential duties of a nation. Those who align themselves with the disruption of immigration enforcement are indeed working against the continued existence of the United States as a distinct, sovereign, and ordered people.
