Jeffrey Donaldson has been found guilty of 18 sexual offences against two victims who were children at the time of the abuse more than 30 years ago.

The former Democratic Unionist party (DUP) leader was remanded into immediate custody after a jury at Newry crown court on Monday convicted him of 18 offences including rape, indecent assault and gross indecency. The judge, Paul Ramsey, said a “lengthy” prison sentence was inevitable.

CAZENOVIA, N.Y. – The vice president of the Cazenovia School District Board of Education is facing charges for endangering the welfare of a child.

New York State Police arrested Travis J. Longo, age 46, of Cazenovia, on June 18.

Troopers said Longo was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

The charges followed a law enforcement referral received by the New York State Police.

Investigators determined Longo engaged in a pattern of sexually explicit communications with a child under 12 years old.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims who were contacted by Longo.
