CNN has reported that the pilot of a US F-15 fighter jet that was shot down over Iran during the US-Israeli bombing campaign in April reported seeing a swarm of Iranian drones in a formation that resembled a jellyfish before he ejected from the aircraft.

Sources told the outlet that the pilot reported what he believed he saw to US intelligence officials, setting off a debate within US intelligence agencies about Iran's potential drone capabilities.

The report noted that the pilot was concussed during the incident, and US intelligence officials disagreed on whether he could recount what he saw clearly.

Describing the pilot's account, one source said: “Multiple drones interconnected and moving as one with smaller drones below the bigger drones like legs. Real alien sh*t.”

If Iran is able to control multiple drones in a formation like what the pilot described, it would mean its drone capabilities are far more advanced than what the US assessed.

During the full-scale war, the Pentagon admitted to Congress that Iran’s drones were more difficult to deal with than expected and that US forces were struggling to intercept them.

The F-15 pilot who recounted the incident was one of the airmen rescued by US special forces in Iran. According to the US military’s account, the pilot quickly recovered while the weapons systems officer, who was also aboard the F-15, took much longer to find.

Trump Cancels Housing Bill Signing That Would Ban CBDCs - Demands Action On SAVE Act First

President Donald Trump abruptly canceled a planned Capitol Hill signing ceremony for a sweeping bipartisan housing affordability bill Wednesday, saying he would not move forward until Congress passes the SAVE America Act, an elections measure he has elevated as a top legislative priority.

In a Truth Social post shortly before the scheduled event, Trump said the housing news conference and signing were "cancelled" until passage of the SAVE America Act, which he described as a "National Emergency."

FARA Docs: Israel Is Spying On Millions Of Christian Americans In Their Churches

A new batch of documents reveals the alarming extent to which the Israeli government is conducting surveillance and propaganda operations against American Christians.

If you are a Christian living in the Western United States, you have almost certainly been targeted with pro-Israel, anti-Palestine propaganda, paid for directly by the government of Benjamin Netanyahu. Your searches, location, and internet activity is being monitored by Israel, and your algorithms and search results across multiple platforms are being manipulated by Israeli government in what its American partner calls the “largest geofencing and targeted Christian digital campaign ever.”

Amid a massive drop in support from the Christian community, Israel is spending millions of dollars to target individuals entering churches or Christian colleges with ads, and paying pastors across the country to promote propaganda and false “anti-Palestinian” narratives every Sunday, documents filed with the United States’ Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) show.

The 86-page disclosure reveals that Israel is recruiting Hollywood celebrities and sports stars to promote the country, while also manipulating Christians’ social media feeds. And they are doing it by spying on you through your phone.

Propaganda Storm

In September, Show Faith by Works LLC, a San Diego-based company led by conservative activist Chad Schnitger, filed a sworn document with the U.S. Department of Justice. The declaration revealed that the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs was paying Show Faith by Works $4.1 million to carry out a massive, covert, digital surveillance operation targeting Christian communities across multiple states, including California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

The document noted that all students at every Christian college and every congregant at “every major church” in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado has been spied on through their phone’s location data, and targeted with propaganda extolling Israel’s “moral superiority” and “linking the Palestinian population with extremist factions.” The campaign estimates that it has reached well over eight million Americans.

Show Faith by Works itself divides its messaging into two themes: “pro-Israel” and “anti-Palestinian”. Its primary goals, in its own words, are to “combat low American Evangelical Christian approval of the Nation of Israel,” by “using biblical arguments to highlight the importance of Israel and the Jewish People to Christians.” It also wishes to “educate Christians on the historical importance of Israel and its significance in the region,” and to “counter new and evolving pro-Palestinian messaging as the global narrative shifts.”

Many of their anti-Palestinian talking points are highly controversial, dubious, or even blatant falsehoods. Their principal messaging on Palestine is that there never was (or should be) a Palestinian state in history, that “Palestinians shelter terrorists” and “hide weapons in their schools and hospitals,” and that they are not a trustworthy actor, as the Palestinians’ goals are “genocidal.”

They also share ads and messages with American Christians claiming that Gazans kill U.S. Christian aid workers distributing food to them, and that “Israel is the birthplace of Jesus.” (In fact, Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem, in the Palestinian West Bank.)

The overall message, then, is one extolling Israel’s supposed virtues, encouraging Americans to visit, while dehumanizing Palestinians (including the 12.5% of historic Palestine who were Christians themselves) as genocidal terrorist intent on destroying the world.

Show Faith by Works projects that this content will receive 47 million impressions across the United States in its first twelve months in operation.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Earlier this month, Straight Arrow News reported that Swiss hacktivist “maia arson crimew”—best known for discovering an exposed copy of the US government’s No Fly List back in 2023—has found a flaw in Dialog’s website code. Ordinarily accessible only to guests and members of the website, the code exposed the names, email addresses and telephone numbers of 113 members. According to Straight Arrow News, which received the details from a security researcher, the names on the list include:

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent;

Sarah Bond, the former president of Xbox at Microsoft;

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas;

Hollywood actors Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Josh Brolin;

podcast host and author Sam Harris;

tech entrepreneur and longevity enthusiast Bryan Johnson;

Shmuel Abramzon, Chief Economist at Israel’s Ministry of Finance;

Scott Cook, the co-founder of financial software company Intuit;

and “Active Member” Lisa Gevelber, global vice president at Google.

Among the data exposed in the leak is personal information provided by the attendees themselves.

“Dialog Participant Profiles” list details provided by people scheduled to attend the event in August: names, employers, locations, email addresses, assistants’ email addresses, birthdates, mobile phone numbers, emergency contacts, dietary restrictions, bios, predictions for 2031, “fun facts,” talents and interests, book recommendations—and even whether they are “looking for love” at Dialog.

But Thiel’s woes did not end there. Last week, a source provided WIRED with “the registration list for Dialog’s 2026 retreat, which names 222 people and [which] records what the list describes as each registrant’s membership status and attendee type, including ‘active member’ and ‘guest.’”

More importantly, the source provided WIRED with details about what these attendees will be discussing behind the closed doors of their private retreat.

WHAT DOES DIALOG DO?

According to WIRED, the next Dialog meeting will be taking place from August 12th to August 16th “at a venue near Dublin, Ireland.” And, as their report demonstrates, the incredible convergence of power at this secret, off-the-record meeting is as stunning as the colossal conflicts of interest that this concatenation of conspirators raise.

Together, alongside the mundane fare of a typical thought leadership conference, the documents show an extraordinary convergence of power. The registration records list General Alexus Grynkewich, NATO’s supreme allied commander Europe and the head of US European Command, who took the post in July 2025 and is recorded on the leaked list as having attended Dialog gatherings since 2021. The website directory names sitting Trump administration officials, two US senators, six members of the Paypal Mafia, a former Middle East chief of intelligence, and a sitting ambassador to the United States, along with the founders and directors of many of the country’s largest surveillance, data-broker, and advertising-data companies.

Those executives appear side by side with senior US officials overseeing their industries. Auren Hoffman, Dialog’s chairman, founded the location-data broker SafeGraph and the identity-resolution firm LiveRamp, two of the most important suppliers in the consumer data economy. He appears in the directory alongside Treasury secretary Scott Bessent, whose department writes the rules on financial data, and Senator Ted Cruz, chairman of the Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, which oversees the Federal Trade Commission and its data-privacy authority.

Palantir cofounder Joe Lonsdale, whose software runs case management for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement and data fusion for the Pentagon and intelligence community, is listed in the same society as Army secretary Dan Driscoll and Representative Jim Himes, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, which oversees agencies Palantir contracts with.

And what will they be talking about in their off-record sessions? You know, the usual, everyday stuff that would-be rulers of the world like to talk about in private.

“Money (Does?) Buy Happiness”;

“Bring Back Nuclear”;

“Navigating WWIII”;

“Battlefield Technologies”;

“How’s Your Sex Life?”;

“Build-a-Cult” (moderated by the founder of the Christian networking site Pray.com);

“Build-a-Party” (run by a former White House national security official);

and, even more perversely, a session titled “It’s Fun to Be in Charge.”

No, it will come as no surprise to the seasoned rabbit hole divers in my audience that these rich and powerful people are so obsessed with hedonism and global control. The “lighthearted” nature of sessions about money buying happiness and improving your sex life evoke the summer camp vibe of Bohemian Grove, while weighty talks about bringing back nuclear and navigating the Third World War are reminiscent of the types of topics we often see on the Bilderberg discussion agenda. And sessions on building cults and on celebrating how fun it is to be in charge seem very on-brand for a secret society created by the co-founder of Palantir.

But, now that this information has come to light, what will become of Dialog?

WHAT NEXT?

Given the stunning nature of this conspiracy, and given the serious conflicts of interest posed by elected officials and state regulators meeting with industry leaders in private, one might well ask: Where is the press in all of this? Why is a story like this only being reported in tech publications like Straight Arrow News and WIRED and, interestingly, in entertainment industry publications like The Hollywood Reporter? (As AV Club reports: “Josh Brolin wonders ‘what the fuck he got himself into’ at Peter Thiel’s secret retreat.”)

Of course, it should be no surprise that this organization is only now seeing publicity two decades after its founding—and only because an internet hacktivist managed to break its wall of secrecy. After all, the very same media whose owners and star journalists were active attendees of Bilderberg spent the first half-century of that group’s existence calling any outsider who talked about it a tinfoil hat-wearing conspiraloon. It’s no wonder, then, that establishment journalists have studiously ignored Thiel’s group for so long.

If the exposure of Dialog teaches us anything, it’s that the only way these groups will ever receive mainstream attention is if they make the mistake of including Hollywood movie stars in their gatherings. Had Tom Cruise been invited to Bilderberg, we could at least be assured that the crack reporters over at Entertainment Weekly would be on his tail.

More seriously, the public unveiling of Dialog presents an interesting challenge to Thiel and his partner-in-conspiracy Auren Hoffman.

Will they even proceed with the Dublin gathering now that its attendee list and itinerary has been revealed?

Will they, like Bilderberg, pour cold water on the smouldering controversy by finally going “public” and starting a public-facing website?

And, even if they were to open the kimono on their no-longer-secret secret society, would that be enough to stem the tide of backlash that is rising against Thiel and his network?

Public outrage at Palantir continues to climb as Alex Karp makes more and more unhinged public appearances as the self-declared “batshit crazy CEO“ of the spying giant. After a year of mounting concern in America over Palantir’s role in creating a database of US citizens for the IRS and other government thugs, citizens in other countries are now fretting about the company’s relationship to their own government services.

Specifically, Palantir’s contract to provide its data-snarfing services to the UK’s National Health Service is now under threat as Britons put pressure on their government to sever ties with the company, and France’s spy service is dropping Palantir in favour of ChapsVision, a home-grown snooping company.

Adding to these corporate woes is increased scrutiny of Thiel himself. The billionaire oligarch’s strange fixation on the antichrist has brought a great deal of attention to a man who has long avoided public scrutiny, and his recent move to obtain residence in Argentina has generated more press coverage than his similar attempt to obtain New Zealand citizenship over a decade ago.

And now that the veil of secrecy covering Thiel’s own private Bilderberg-like group has been removed, he has attracted even more criticism from the public.

So, is this the beginning of the Thielverse backlash?

In a meeting with religious Zionist rabbis, IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir stressed the military’s need for both male and female combat soldiers, calling the integration of women into such roles a matter “of tremendous operational importance.”

The Tuesday meeting came after the rabbis threatened to stop sending their students to serve in tank units due to a pilot program integrating women into the Armored Corps. Their concern is that the students, who observe religious strictures around modesty, would serve too closely with female recruits.

In a statement on Wednesday, the IDF said Zamir told the rabbis that the military “is still short thousands of combat troops and needs every male and female soldier in order to fulfill its missions and consolidate the campaign’s achievements.”

Zamir’s remarks came following repeated warnings by the IDF that it is facing an urgent manpower shortage after years of fighting wars on several fronts. The IDF has said it needs 12,000 additional recruits.

The debate surrounding those needs generally focuses on the blanket exemption from military service long given to yeshiva students — which itself will be the focus of a mass ultra-Orthodox protest due to take place on Wednesday. But the threats from the religious Zionist rabbis could present an added challenge for the IDF.

Facing those threats, Zamir told the rabbis that the military would continue to expand the integration of women into “key positions and combat roles” in the military, which the IDF sees as a matter of “tremendous operational importance,” according to the military.

He added that the opening of additional units and positions to women would be conducted in “full accordance” with the military’s protocols on men and women serving together, and will be carried out “while meeting professional standards, without compromise.”

Zamir has previously stressed, in response to the rabbis’ concerns, that men and women will not serve in the same tanks during training or operational activity.

And here is the part that should make your blood boil. This is not a one time mistake. This is the business model. Take what is free, claim it as yours, intimidate people with legal threats, and cash the check. They are betting that you will be too scared or too confused to fight back.

How is this legal? How have we let a company get rich selling things that belong to all of us? How many small creators got threatening letters and just paid up because they did not know any better?

MACON, Ga. — An indictment was unsealed this morning charging twelve individuals in a vast alleged conspiracy using drones to smuggle contraband, such as drugs and cell phones, into ten prisons across eight states, including Georgia, representing the largest federal prosecution to date involving coordinated drone operations to smuggle illegal items into prisons.

The 17-count indictment in Case No. 5:26-cr-00026 was returned by a federal grand jury in the Middle District of Georgia on June 10 and unsealed on June 24. According to the indictment, beginning in September 2023 until May 2026, the defendants allegedly engaged in a conspiracy to use six drones to drop illegal contraband at least 38 times into ten federal prisons: Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) Atlanta; FCI Beckley (Beaver, West Virginia); FCI Jesup (Georgia); Federal Medical Center (FMC) Lexington (Kentucky); FCI Manchester (Kentucky); FCI Memphis (Tennessee); Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg (Hopewell, Virginia); FCI Pollock (Louisiana); FCI Talladega (Alabama); and FCI Yazoo City (Mississippi).

The following individuals are charged by indictment:

Ira Christopher Jackson, aka “Chris,” “CJ”, “Action,” “Action Jackson,” 42, of Macon, is charged with one count of conspiracy to provide contraband in prison; one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine; one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana; one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a schedule I controlled substance (K-2); one count of possession with intent to distribute a schedule III controlled substance (suboxone); one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; one count of conspiracy to tamper with evidence; and two counts of owning and operating an unregistered drone and is facing a maximum of life in prison.

Former CEO Of Special Purpose Acquisition Company Sentenced To Prison

United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Jay Clayton, announced today that VADIM KOMISSAROV, the former Chief Executive Officer of Trident Acquisitions Corp. (“TDAC”), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”), was sentenced to three years in prison for committing securities fraud in connection with a scheme to defraud TDAC investors and investors in TDAC’s successor company, Lottery.com Inc., by publicly reporting false and misleading revenue and business information. KOMISSAROV pled guilty to one count of securities fraud on February 3, 2026, before U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein, who imposed today’s sentence.

“Vadim Komissarov, the former CEO of Trident Acquisitions Corp., is going to prison for defrauding his shareholders,” said U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton. “This Office will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to hold executives of public companies accountable when they commit fraud and lie about it.”

According to the allegations contained in the Indictment and statements made in public filings and public court proceedings:

From November 2020 through May 2022, KOMISSAROV engaged in a scheme to defraud investors in TDAC and investors in TDAC’s successor company, Lottery.com (the “Revenue Scheme”). In short, KOMISSAROV and his confederates created the false appearance of revenue-generating business activity for AutoLotto, in advance of a vote by TDAC shareholders on a proposed merger between TDAC and AutoLotto, and later for Lottery.com through a series of sham transactions, including a fraudulent $9 million roundtrip transaction that KOMISSAROV engineered using the alias “Vlad.”

KOMISSAROV later schemed to obstruct the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”)’s investigation. For example, during a call with two Lottery.com executives, KOMISSAROV said he wanted to “sync” his “clock[]” with them and align on a false and misleading narrative that concealed his involvement in some of the sham transactions that were part of the Revenue Scheme. KOMISSAROV warned the Lottery.com executives, “guys, you do understand, you say that I was involved with this transaction . . . . if Trident and me specifically knew about it, then I am in deep, deep, deep, deep water . . . . So, if you come out and say that I was involved, then I am in deep shit.” KOMISSAROV also gave false and misleading sworn testimony to the SEC about his prior communications with the Lottery.com executives and his involvement in the $9 million fraudulent roundtrip transaction that was part of the Revenue Scheme.

Former NYC Mayoral Chief-Of-Staff and Three Others Charged in Bribery Scheme Related to NYC Migrant Shelter Contract

Former Chief of Staff Frank Carone Allegedly Accepted Bribes in Exchange for Steering a Multi Million Dollar Municipal Migrant Shelter Contract to a Long Island Businessman

A 13-count indictment was unsealed today in federal court in Brooklyn charging Anthony J. Carone, Frank V. Carone, Crystal Chen, and Yan Po Zhu, also known as “Andy Zhu,” for their roles in a bribery scheme that capitalized on funding meant to address New York City’s migrant crisis. The charges include fraud, bribery, money laundering, obstruction of justice, and tax fraud. All four defendants were arrested today and will be arraigned this afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry.

73-Year-Old Former Cub Scout Leader Sentenced to Six Years in Federal Prison for Trafficking Child Pornography

ATLANTA – Ernest Vera, a former Cub Scout leader and baseball and football coach, was sentenced to six years in federal prison after pleading guilty to distributing child sex abuse videos on the Kik messaging application.

“No matter their age, child sex predators like Ernest Vera must be prosecuted and punished,” said U.S. Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg. “Thanks to the collaborative efforts of our law enforcement partners, this sex offender should remain in federal prison until he is nearly 80 years old, helping to achieve justice for his victims, prevent him from exploiting others, and deter others from similar misconduct.”

“Every image of child sexual abuse material represents the exploitation and victimization of a real child,” said Marlo Graham, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta. “Vera actively sought out and traded these horrific images online, fueling the demand for child exploitation. The FBI remains committed to identifying those who prey on children and bringing them to justice, regardless of their age or where they operate.”

According to U.S. Attorney Hertzberg, the charges, and other information presented in court: In September 2021, FBI agents searched Ernest Vera’s home after learning he used social media to send and receive depictions of child sex abuse. During an interview at his home, Vera admitted that he used the Kik messaging application to view and trade sexually explicit images of children as young as thirteen years old. Vera also told investigators that he used Kik to encourage users whom he believed to be female teenagers living in India, Thailand, and South Africa to send sexual images of themselves, which they did. The FBI later searched Vera’s digital devices and his cellphone, where they found approximately 90 images and a dozen videos of child sex abuse.

On June 22, 2026, Ernest Vera, 73, of Powder Springs, Georgia, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Michael L. Brown to serve six years in prison without the possibility of parole. Vera was taken into custody immediately following the sentencing hearing. After he completes his prison sentence, Vera will be on supervised release for 10 years. Vera was convicted of distribution of child sexual abuse material after he pleaded guilty on January 7, 2026.

Chemours Agrees to $450M Landmark Settlement Agreement for Releases of PFAS “Forever Chemicals” in West Virginia, North Carolina, and New Jersey

Settlement Includes $22.5M Civil Penalty and $90M in Funding for Programs to Control PFAS Discharges and Remove PFAS from Drinking Water

Today, the Justice Department, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WV DEP) announced a multi-state settlement with The Chemours Company under the Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Toxic Substance Control Act, and West Virginia Water Pollution Control Act. The settlement covers four Chemours facilities — located in West Virginia, North Carolina, and New Jersey — that use or produce PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), which are synthetic “forever chemicals” used to make products resistant to water, grease, and stains. Chemours also manufactures PFAS for various industrial and military applications, including those where substitutes are not readily available. This is the first comprehensive settlement by the federal government to resolve enforcement claims over pollution by a manufacturer of forever chemicals.

Under the agreement, Chemours will pay a civil penalty of $22.5 million for alleged violations and conduct a multi-year, $90 million program to mitigate PFAS discharges. Chemours will also install PFAS pollution controls for surface water discharges and air emissions at its facility in West Virginia, at an estimated cost of $60 million, supply clean drinking water for more than a decade to communities that surround its facilities in West Virginia and New Jersey at an estimated cost of $280 million, and evaluate options and implement corresponding controls to reduce releases of PFAS and other toxic chemicals from its facility in North Carolina. Combined, the cost of the penalty and injunctive relief programs are estimated to exceed $450 million. The settlement allows Chemours to continue manufacturing PFAS for critical commercial and military applications while preventing future contamination and protecting communities from that contamination.

“This landmark settlement shows the Administration’s commitment to protecting the public from harmful pollution,” said Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Adam Gustafson of the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division (ENRD). “Through this commitment, Chemours will better control PFAS at its plants, allowing the company to continue its manufacturing operations while protecting communities in North Carolina, West Virginia, and New Jersey from PFAS exposure. This agreement ensures that the company will manufacture these critical materials in a responsible manner.”

“This first comprehensive federal settlement against a major PFAS manufacturer delivers on the Trump Administration’s promise to make polluters pay and stop PFAS contamination at the source,” said Assistant Administrator Jeffrey A. Illegal Aliens Sentenced to Decades in Federal Prison for Sex Trafficking Child Orphan

SAN ANTONIO – Two illegal aliens from Venezuela were sentenced in a federal court in San Antonio to a combined 32 years in prison for sex trafficking of a 16-year-old starting in Columbia and extending to Richmond, Kentucky and San Antonio, announced U.S. Attorney Justin R. Simmons for the Western District of Texas.

According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Giannys Alexandra Ramirez-Fernandez, 21, and Nelson Adrian Perez-Martinez, 23, conspired, knowing that a 16-year-old undocumented Venezuelan orphan, would be caused to engage in a commercial sex act.

Ramirez-Fernandez, who was 17 years old at the time, began a relationship with the minor victim when the minor was 13 years old and living with her adopted parents in Colombia. The two crossed illegally into the United States in December 2022. Perez-Martinez, a friend of Ramirez-Fernandez from Venezuela, crossed illegally into the U.S. in December 2023 and joined them. Perez-Martinez and Ramirez-Fernandez traveled with the minor victim from Kentucky to San Antonio for the minor victim to engage in prostitution. Once in San Antonio, an advertisement was posted on personals for commercial sex with the minor victim. All three – Ramirez-Fernandez, Perez-Martinez, and the minor victim – shared in the proceeds from the commercial sex.

An investigation revealed that, in 2024, Perez-Martinez and Ramirez-Fernandez accompanied the minor to approximately six different motels in San Antonio from July 19 to July 30. The three shared a room at each location, paid for in cash by proceeds from the child’s commercial sex acts.

Perez-Martinez and Ramirez-Fernandez were arrested on July 30, 2024, as part of an ongoing investigation into domestic sex trafficking. An undercover San Antonio Police officer with the Human Exploitation Unit responded to an advertisement posted on a website for escort services. Posing as a customer, the officer contacted the phone number on the advertisement and was instructed to meet at the Studio 6 motel on Pasteur Court in San Antonio. Once the undercover was in the motel room with the minor, the victim agreed to sexual services for a fee, and the officer signaled for the arrest team. Simultaneously, Perez-Martinez and Ramirez-Fernandez were arrested, as they were identified as spotters for the operation.

On Sept. 17, 2025, Ramirez-Fernandez pleaded guilty to three counts: aiding and abetting sex trafficking of children, conspiracy to sex traffic children, and transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. On Oct. 1, 2025, federal prosecutors filed a five-count superseding indictment charging Perez-Martinez with aiding and abetting sex trafficking children; aiding and abetting benefitting from sex trafficking children; conspiracy to sex traffic children; aiding and abetting coercion and enticement; and transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. A jury found Perez-Martinez guilty on all counts on Feb. 23, 2026. Prior to that, in October, an initial trial for Perez-Martinez resulted in a hung jury.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge Fred Biery sentenced Perez-Martinez to 240 months in federal prison and lifetime supervised release. On Tuesday, Judge Biery sentenced Ramirez-Fernandez to 150 months in federal prison.

“We will not abide illegal aliens who come to this country, take advantage of our many freedoms, and then enrich themselves to the detriment of others,” said U.S. Attorney Simmons. “The illegal alien defendants in this case sought to enrich themselves to the detriment of a child by forcing that child to engage in sex with adult men, and now they’re getting paid exactly what they’re owed: decades in prison.”
