Well That was quick. I was expecting a modicum of resistance to a poorly orchestrated call to arms by the very people who are waiting to lock you up for the very same. Ignoring the obvious message, the protagonist is one dimensional and cold. The writing doesn't make me feel empathy for him. It's comparable counter parts are the Denzel Washington Equalizer films where a real actor portrays a conflicted yet principled man. Hammer is like a shark. Shooting a migrant family dead only for them to be replaced by another migrant family. It fixes nothing.
