SCOTUS ruled they can count ballots after election day that are POST MARKED on election day. POTUS can instruct the Post Master General to only deliver those that are postmarked accordingly.
If SCOTUS rules in favor of birthright citizen, POTUS can direct immigration to revoke visas and/or reject any 6 months+ pregnant persons from entering the country.
