>SHow me FBI, FCC FDA in the constitution.
Can you show me where in the Constitution it says Congress can not make laws granting the executive branch to have agencies like the FBI, FCC and FDA?

> No problem here. The government does a lot of bad things, many of them are started by the creation of agencies which are allowed by the Constitution. For example, "the creation of the FBI was constitutionally allowed as it was established under the authority of the Attorney General, who was empowered to create an investigative agency within the Department of Justice to enforce federal laws. This action was supported by the need for a dedicated force to address the complexities of crime and ensure the enforcement of laws in a manner consistent with the Constitution." And with that power came a whole lot of abuse.
