I have read multiple references to trafficked minors and dental work. Please read the last paragraph of the page with chandler and bill, with its allegations about what was found in Epstein's ny spread (pic related). Recently we discovered someone's instagram with photo of child holding a cloth up to her bloody mouth (too tired to recall who/where).
If we're going down the rabbit-hole then allow me…
Child is forcibly restrained, perhaps tied into dental-chair or bound to a bed. "Is it safe?"
A little encouragement and the child becomes scared (various degrees can be imagined). Perhaps a pinprick, a demented clown or diabolical life sized rabbit enters the room? Perhaps even a tooth is extracted. "Is it safe?"

Fear sets in….adrenaline released…adrenochrome produced….tooth pulled, blood extracted (a perverted French-kiss), presto! When everything is done, cheer the child up with bit of candy, flip on a cartoon, patch-up the distressed good area and we're good as gold.
It's a sick idea, but have never heard any other explanations. Don't shoot the messenger. If we're going to believe in SRA, buried tunnels and pizza/pedogate then this is par for the course. It's also where my mind drifts after a lifetime watching 48 Hours, reading true-crime books (at quick glance I see a row of paperbacks with at least 5 works by premiere fbi profiler John Douglas, who was the role model for Harris' behavioral science director in Silence/Lambs…with a few by Ken Englade, Greg McCrary, Roger Depue and Helen Morrison thrown in), and suffering a chronic lack of sleep on a nightly basis.
