This is proactive programming of doubt and mistrust in any possible claims
of evidence of criminal activity said to have been captured or recorded in digital video.
So now video evidence can be suppressed or not allowed in court trial proceedings?
A judge will rule that a jury may not use any evidence given or previously witnessed by video in a given case and will not allow it's submission into court records?
They will say those videos that show the talking heads reciting the 4am talking points are computer software generated fakes.
They will use this as proof, many, most, a majority will fall for it?

Expect a huge push of fake videos of everything or perhaps an unveiling of many examples that have been in use already
and people have believed and not been aware of.

Expect the state to appoint experts and to put in place legal authority to accredit or sanction what is real or fake.
