Birth is a right, not a citizen ship!!!

The mother and child is not a vessel lost at sea, but of known origin.

The government cannot make sure claims of ownership to a life without due process of an adult of legal age.

We do not take the child from the mother, and deport the mother, and leave the child without a parent and put them into a foster system, therefor, the mother and child both remain. This has left a short open pathway for mothers to become citizens based upon the child's needs, which also facilitates the father to become a citizen when the mother receives her citizenship. This loophole makes it extremely easy for foreign nationals, many which are hostile to the US, to have their whole ironside family, including any other foreign children, to become citizens without due process of law and was never designed to be used this way. All that has to be done by a foreign national is to give birth to one child while visiting the US to start the chain reaction. Let me repeat this again:
