Don’t forget the Dems lowered the lower end of “normal” on the IQ range in 1980 despite studies by their own Berkeley professors. They dropped it from Low-normal 85 down to low normal 70. Do you know the Army won’t even let you in if your IQ is less than 83?? This was to “avoid stigmatizing a certain demographic.

The military for a brief period during nam did let people in that fell below that.
They were called McNamara's idiots and they stopped it again shortly after because they had a tendency to get themselves k1lled in easily avoidable accidents that also tended to get other people hurt.

While you are correct about the military and the 83 IQ. The reason is that there is no job in the military that a person in that category can do without constant supervision. That will reduce the overall effectiveness by requiring multiple people required to accomplish a single person task. That's a common sense pragmatic decision.

Fact: The average cranial capacity of Eurasians is 8% larger than that of Africans. East Asians are slightly larger than Europeans. Strange that East Asians have slightly higher IQs than Europeans and both have significantly higher IQs than Africans? It's almost like brain size affects your intelligence, which obviously cannot be true as progressive insist differences in IQ are due to racism! Presumably racism also affects the size of your cranial capacity because it couldn't be something as stupid as genetics!

Wait until you find out the American Psychological Association began conducting IQ tests in Africa during the mid 1970s. As soon as the results started to look like they would reveal a below 70 IQ continent, they quickly canceled the testing and pretended it never happened. At the time, that was classified as a significant handicap requiring constant professional supervision or qualified guardianship.

Because with an IQ or general technician score as the military calls it. They have found they cant even teach those people how to cook or clean. Basically they are incapable of governing themselves and taking care of their basic needs.
