Gutzon Borglum originally tried to put Teddy over on the right. Even started carving his mug but found a fatal flaw in the rock. Had to blast away that work and move him to the left of Lincoln tucked in that alcove. So, not a good place for Trump since he'd probably fall off the mountain if placed on the right.
