It was a serious speech that will be enshrined into history as the mile-marker speech at the 250 years mark. There is a time for jokes, but there is also a time for history. POTUS is well aware of the timed etiquette of honor. He exhibited class. Didn't expect the purple tie tough. It was a nice tie.
