There's something fishy about the recent approval of TPOXX (anti-smallpox) [3] and the ISIS bioterror threat of the past few days [2], although TPOXX and SIGA [4] has seemed suspicious since early 2010s (Obama admin approval). A place to start on that (not the best sauce):
