That's a start toward being prepared. Unfortunately, since we anons haven't been clued in regarding "what" is coming, it's difficult to speculate further. Are we to prepare for a "Red Dawn" type invasion? A cataclysmic asteroid impact? A cyber attack which cripples the US electricity grid for months or years? Each of these scenarios require different preps.
