She is firing a bunch of people to make way for another group that might make a difference. Dunno how that's a bad thing. Microsoft has the best AI (available to citizens) I've used so far.
I dunno how XBox is gunna reset anything on my end, but I'm looking any opportunity to get back to the Bungie Halo days and keep pruning anything that stands in its way until I feel like doing otherwise.
