Trump Responds to Democrats’ Plans to Stack SCOTUS and Terminate Filibuster – “The Republican Party is DEAD!”

President Trump on Sunday declared that the Republican Party will be“DEAD” if the Democrats take power, pointing to their plans to overhaul the Supreme Court and Senate rules to rig the entire system.

This comes as Trump demands that RINO Senate Majority Leader John Thune and his RINO colleagues take action to terminate the filibuster and pass the SAVE America Act before it’s too late.

Trump has long said that the Democrats will do exactly that and more, including statehood for DC and Puerto Rico, if they reclaim power.Now, they’re openly admitting plans to pack the Supreme Court and terminate the filibuster. In November, Trump read off a list of bills-that the GOP could pass if they nuked the filibuster,including voter ID requirements, banning mail-in voting, cashless bail reform, ending transgender insanity in women’s sports, and ending taxpayer-funded benefits for illegal aliens.

“The Democrats are going to do that, and most of you will admit the Democrats are going to do that. So why aren’t we doing it? And I think only a foolish person would be against that, especially when you realize that these are crazed people,” Trump said seven months ago!But the GOP didn’t listen!

Meanwhile, radical leftist Janese Lewis George, who will almost certainly be the next mayor of DC, plans to lobby Congress for DC statehood, with statehood a “governing priority of the Mayor’s office.” Likewise, the Democratic Socialists that New York is sending to Congress next year are also planning a push for DC and Puerto Rico statehood.

“They do this, and the Republican Party is DEAD!” Trump said on Sunday, pointing to the Democrats’ plans if they win in November.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Chairs of the Black, Hispanic, and Progressive caucuses announced plans to pack the Supreme Court and nuke the Senate filibuster if they win the 2026 midterms.

A proposed resolution calls to end so-called “racial discrimination in voting and elected representation and ensure that all eligible Americans are able to vote,” nuke the filibuster’s 60-vote threshold in the Senate, and “structural changes to the Supreme Court,” including expanding the size of the court.

“The Court’s far-right supermajority poses a serious threat to any future attempts by Congress to realize the promise of a multiracial democracy, rein in executive power, champion worker’s rights, protect voting rights, and restore and strengthen the Federal protections against racial discrimination in the Voting Rights Act,” the resolution claims.

Trump initially responded on Saturday, saying the Democrats will fulfill “their dream of 21 Supreme Court Justices (Not just 13, an unlucky number!), an impossible to beat number of Electoral College Votes (and that’s the Ballgame!), ‘Popular’ Vote Landslides, and so much else.”

He continued, “The Republican Party will never win another Election. How much longer are you going to allow this to happen to you?They will TERMINATE THE FILIBUSTER in their first hour, and I’ll be sitting home with tears in my eyes saying, ‘I TOLD YOU SO!'”

OPEN BORDER, HIGHER BILLS: Dallas Fed Paper Connects Biden Immigration Surge to Higher Housing Costs

A new working paper from economists at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas estimates that the surge in illegal immigration during the Biden administration accounted for roughly 30% of the nation’s home price growth and 20% of rent increases between 2021 and 2024.

The study examined what researchers describe as an unprecedented influx of roughly 7 million unauthorized immigrants, combining immigration court records with government administrative data to measure how the population surge affected local labor and housing markets.

“From early 2021 to early 2024, the U.S. experienced an unprecedented boom in unauthorized immigration, followed by a rapid slowdown beginning in mid-2024,” the authors wrote. “We provide the first systematic empirical assessment of the labor- and housing-market effects of this episode.”

According to the paper, average home prices rose 22.4% while rents climbed 22.6% during the study period.

“The totalweighted-mean increases in house prices and rents over this period were 22.4% and 22.6%, respectively,” the researchers wrote. “Putting these together, for the average MSA, UIWFcan explain approximately 30% of the total increase in house prices and 20% of the total increase in rents.”

The economists concluded that the influx of migrants boosted employment by expanding the labor force, but also intensified pressure on an already undersupplied housing market.

Researchers found little evidence that home construction accelerated enough to absorb the additional demand, creating what they described as a demand shock in metropolitan areas where housing supply was already constrained.

The paper is among the first attempts to quantify the economic effects of the record migration wave using detailed administrative data, though the authors stressed that it remains a preliminary working paper released for academic review.

They cautioned that the findings do not necessarily represent the official views of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas or the Federal Reserve System.

President Trump slammed Wall Street short sellers betting against the stock market at a lunch event in the White House Rose Garden this afternoon, highlighting his record stock market.

“Those poor bastards,” he said. “I never liked short guys, because they’re betting against the country. So, that’s okay.”

The comment came while Trump was touting hisnew Trump Accounts programand his 81 record highs in the stock market since taking office last year.

Earlier this morning, Trump spoke in the Oval Office alongside Dell CEO Michael Dell and his wife, Susan, to officially launch his Trump Accounts program, which provides a tax-advantaged investment account for children.

Senator Ted Cruz, National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett, andleaders from the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq were also in attendance for a first-of-its-kind joint opening bell ceremony.

Michael and Susan Dell pledged a $6 billion donation to the Trump accounts, which provide a $1,000 federal pilot contribution to children born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028, as well as additional benefits forchildren born in low-income areas. Children born in regions with median incomes below $150,000 could be eligible for an additional $250 deposit from the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation.

During the event this morning, Trump rang the stock market opening bell for the first time ever from the Oval Office.

Scott Bessent introduced the President and Trump Accounts, telling reporters that Trump iscreating an “ownership economy” through the program, with already 6 million children signed up. “1.4 million of those accounts will receive $1000from the US Treasury to seed those accounts,” Bessent said before Trump interrupted him to ring the opening bell.

“You better speak a little faster,” Trump said as the markets opened.

Buckingham Palace Tells Harry HE CAN’T STAY THERE During London Visit, After Prodigal Prince is Accused of Using His Children to ‘Emotionally Blackmail’ the King

Palace says he ‘took too long’ to accept the invitation, but is it because he didn’t bring the King’s grandchildren on the trip?

The misadventures of the Windsor dynasty keep making headlines around the world as the father-and-son (and grandchildren) drama unfolds before the world.

Hours before he is scheduled to arrive in London for commitments tied to his ‘Invictus Games’, the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, was hit with a bombshell development: he has been told he can no longer stay at Buckingham Palace, throwing his visit into logistical chaos.

This is actually not a surprising event, since Harry has been accused of using his children as a pressure tool against his father, King Charles II, to have him make an appearance at the Invictus Games, and also back his struggle to get beefed-up, taxpayer-funded security while in the UK.

Daily Express reported:

“Ahead of Harry’s return, esteemed investigative biographer Tom Bower took aim following claims that the family of four have not only been offered a stay in a royal residence, but could meet with King Charles while they are here. It would mark the first time the King had seen his two youngest grandchildren in four years – and the author believes that bringing the youngsters along is a form of ‘emotional blackmail’.

[…] ‘I think it is emotional blackmail, and I think that Harry needs the King in Birmingham to give himself and the game’s credibility, and I think that it will be very divisive’.

[…] He added: ‘I think the King would make a great mistake to fall in with the Sussex’s plan, with Harry’s plan. You’ve got to remember that when they left England […] they always said they needed a public apology from the King, the Royal Family and from Prince William, but there is not going to be an apology. It’s they who should apologize for all the lies and terrible damage they’ve done’.”

The denial by the Palace today, just after Harry’s team announced that he had accepted an offer to stay at the royal residence.

The Telegraph reported:

“Only minutes after that decision had been announced, and just hours before he was due to arrive in the UK, a palace source indicated that the invitation had been accepted too late. The decision to rescind the Duke’s invitation to stay at Buckingham Palace was made in consultation with the King, it was understood.”

Much to his style, Harry declined the offer to stay at Buckingham Palace on Saturday, then changed his mind and accepted the invitation.

By then, the hospitality and staffing provision was no longer available.

“On Saturday, it was confirmed that after days of handwringing, the Duchess of Sussex and their two children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, would not accompany the Duke to London after taxpayer-funded police protection was denied. […]The impending visit had already caused tensions with Buckingham Palace over multiple last-minute changes, briefings and counter briefings.”

There was much anticipation over the possibility of Harry children meeting their grandfather, the King,for the first time in four years.

The decision not to bring them to London was made on Saturday – and now the King seems to have soured on Harry for good.
