Dolly Parton has been accused of being involved in Project Monarch.
It is claimed that Bob Hope was connected to MKUltra and Project Monarch. The allegations primarily originate from a 1999 self-published memoir titled 'Thanks for the Memories' by Brice Taylor.
In the book, Taylor (whose real name is Susan Ford) claims she was a mind-controlled sex slave and human "mind file" computer. She alleges she was programmed using MKUltra/Project Monarch methods and was abused by Bob Hope, Henry Kissinger and multiple U.S. Presidents.
MKUltra was a real, controversial CIA program that ran from the 1950s through the early 1970s, exploring behavioral modification and mind control. It involved unethical experimentation, including hypnosis and drugs, on unwitting subjects.
Brice Taylor's book alleged that elite sex slaves are trafficked through the music and entertainment industries (especially country western music), and through military USO tours, as depicted in movies such as Eyes Wide Shut.
Bob Hope did not start the USO, but is credited with inaugurating the organization's entertainment division. Dolly Parton has participated in USO tours to support the military.
