THEY REMOVED THE PRESUMPTION OF NO CONSENT FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN 7 AND 15 YEARS OLD
No more presumption of no consent for a child aged between 7 and 15 years old. Now this will have to be proven instead of being considered as a rape by default.
