The fuck we need more 'friends' for? Can barely get other countries to cooperate as it is. Stick to ourselves, always vigilant, if you don't keep up, you get left behind, and favor is earned on a case by case basis. Simple as.
I mean that's the protocol I use in my own life but I think it can be used to effortlessly run a country and government too. I don't even know what a friend is. I just go outside and ask for things and people ask me for things too and that's how the thing keeps moving allegedly.
