WASP STING HELP

Not a huge deal but figured anons would have advice for me here. No health insurance because I just started new job and don't qualify yet, quit old job 4 weeks ago.

Got stung twice on the forearm Wednesday afternoon. Hurt like hell. Last two days its been a 6" red swollen blotch and itchy but trying to leave it alone. Trying to just ride it out, and seems like the redness has gone down a bit but not sure.
