BS, there are only 45,000 Navy sailors in 2026 and if you gave them each 2 or 3 of these outfits each worth $1k then the Navy would only be spending $45 million total. It cost more than that for one rescue operation and is about the same cost as one Apache helicopter. A very small price to pay, to get us to the 100% mark of no man left behind or lost at sea. I am ordering them to do it asap, my final answer!!!

I am not requiring sailors to pay anything, the Department of War will pay for everything because in the long run, it will save them not only millions in rescue operations but in lives. It will take up no more space then what they currently have, it is just dual layered clothing with a deployable telescopic straw into the vest and pants. Once overboard, you breath into your jacket until filled, then do the pants, this is dual layered in case one is ever damaged. We can build anything once we put our minds to it. Hundreds of millions are spent on rescue operations anyways. It has to be done, we lost 4 in the last few months, just take it out of Israel's autopay, if you have to, or drop sell and extra jet to cover the costs.
