Also, something like a neck pull string inflatable should be the minimum for all if not full jacket. As far as sharks go, when going for a swim, maybe a semi submersible fake orca or some type of orca sound generation would keep sharks at bay. You must experiment with that, may also be used as part of an integration with a beacon. Sorry, cannot stop thinking about those that were recently lost at sea, and the thought of air force one being threatened overseas today made me think of those cold waters.
