Regarding See something say something,

It sometimes takes me a while before something smacks me in the face. I think you are asking us to expose what we see in our surroundings - something that will shock and horrify those who are watching. I can drop everything and do that.

I have one problem. I cannot see any way to meaningfully say something, without getting Russian support, because all the American tools I might use are compromised. If that is what you want, I will play, but I will need SVR and GRU to set me up with the various elements needed to put it in a place where everyone will see it. So the people Russian Intel hooks me up with to expose it and file the Police Reports will get an inside look at everything, including the technology. I do not know if what they would get access to is needed by legit LE and CI. I have been hesitant partially for that reason.

And I am not sure SVR and GRU will play without the God Emperor's approval, because even with them only hooking me up with what private sector resources I need from the background, it will still have international incident written all over it. So there is that.

But I can probably get it hosted on foreign servers and set it viral in a week or two.
